    Perform a survey of the work site.

    Receive a brief from the customer.
    The team provides various recommendations to the customer.

    (** There is a measurement fee of 500-1000 baht, depending on the area specified by the customer. This cost will be credited as a discount toward the product price later.)
  • Step 03
    Free 2D design.

    Interior design tailored to the customer's requirements.
    The first draft will be sent to the customer within 3-5 days.

  • Step 04
    Select the materials and colors for the product.

    The customer chooses the materials and colors of the product until it matches their preference.

  • Step 05
    Conduct a price evaluation and issue a quotation.

    The sales representative conducts a price evaluation and issues a quotation.

  • Step 06
    Payment (as per the company's payment terms).

    For purchases under 100,000 baht, the payment is divided into 2 parts as shown below.
    The first installment of 50% is required to proceed with the 3D design and start production.
    The second installment of 50% is due on the day of project completion and installation.
    For purchases of 100,000 baht or more, the payment is split into 3 parts as shown below.
    The first installment of 50% is required to proceed with the 3D design and start production.
    The second installment of 30% is due on the first day the technician starts the installation.
    The third installment of 20% is due on the day the installation is completed.

  • Step 07
    Start the manufacturing process.

    The production team will start manufacturing after receiving the first installment payment.
    The production time is within 15-20 days.

  • Step 08
    Appointment and proceed with the installation.

    Our team will contact the customer to arrange an appointment before the installation.
    After the appointment is set, the technician will carry out the installation as per the scheduled date and time.

  • Step 09
    Hand over the work.

    The technicians and sales team hand over the completed work.
    The customer verifies the quality and completion of the work.

    After-sales service
